Terms and Conditions

1.For this Limited time all advertisements placed on the site will be completely free of charge.

2.The advertisements may remain on the site until the are no longer needed. Customers must update there advert for it to remain on the site. Each time the Advertisement is updated, it will remain on the website for 2 weeks longer. Advertisements can be updated at any time. If Advertisements are left on the website for 8 weeks or more without being updated, they will automatically be removed, as they will be deemed unused. When the Advertisement is no longer needed, we ask you to cancel the advertisement.

3.We can not be held responsible for any problems with transactions between customers.

4.Your personal details will remain in our database until you, the customer, request for them to be removed.

5.We will not supply your details to any third party company. All information supplied to AutoSwapShop is for market research only, and only for use by AutoSwapshop, to tailor the website for it's users.

6.We reserve the right to make changes to any part of the Website. Due to our policy of updating and improving the Websites, it may therefore be necessary to change these Terms and Conditions. If we do change the terms of these Terms and Conditions, we will update notify all customers of those changes.

Prize Draw Terms and conditions

Entrants must be registered with the site and have placed any advertisement on Autoswapshop by 01/09/2005.

Closing date for the free prize draw is 01/09/2005.

Winners will be chosen randomly from all qualifying entrants.

Employee's of AutoSwapShop and Anybody who is connected with the promotion in anyway is exempt from entering.

Winners will be announced by 01/10/2005.

There is no cash alternative to the prizes shown.

Advertisements placed must be legitimate vehicles for sale. Anybody found Advertising vehicles, which:

• Are not actually for sale
• Do not belong to that member

or are in any way created to simply gain access to the competiton will be withdraw and removed from the website.
